Delivery Information
We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Deliveries withing the PL24 & PL25 postcode areas will typically be 1 hour, and withing the PL22, PL23, PL26, PL30 & PL31 postcde areas will typically be 90 mins. During busy periods these times may vary.

Allergy & Intolerance Information
If you have any food allergies please contact us prior to ordering and we'll do our best to advise you. Some of out dishes may contain the below allergens.

Although every care is taken during preparation, we cannot guarantee that dishes will not contain elements of other ingredients that may affect customers.

Food Colouring
We are now using artificial food coloring in our dishes.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of food delivery Spice will assess any refunds on a case by case basis. We will always aim to rectify any issue first so please contact us if you have any issue.

Refunds is only given when complete order is returned.

 If an amicable solution is not possible then any refunds will be at the discretion of the management.

This does not affect you statutory rights.
